Italy’s SuperStar isn’t actually its own lottery as such. Instead, it is more of a side-game which is run alongside the SuperEnalotto draw. The SuperStar therefore takes place at the same time as Italy’s premier lottery, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The lottery game is more of a multiplier than anything else, as it can multiply players’ prizes by as much as 100x their normal rate of pay.
How to play the Italy SuperStar
You play the SuperStar Lotto in much the same was as you would play the SuperEnalotto. Players must choose a total of 6 balls from a total of 90 in the SuperEnalotto as normal. However, the SuperStar costs extra. It affectively adds an extra ball to the mix, when you purchase it. The SuperStar number could be same as a regularly drawn number (and multiply prizes), but it can pay out prizes all on its own.
Prizes
If a player lands just the SuperStar ball, they will pocket a small prize of just €5. Should they land the SuperStar with 1 ball (all standard balls are from the SuperEnalotto), then they will in €10. This can be bumped up to €100 if they land 2 balls and the SuperStar ball.
Matching 3 balls offers you a €20 pay-out, whilst this rises to €2,200 if you get the SuperStar ball, too. Players can win €475 for a 4 ball match, and €47,000 with the SuperStar.
If players match 5 balls (with the SuperEnalotto’s Jolly number and/or SuperStar ball), they can win anything from €66,000 up to €600,000. Of course, the top pay-out in the SuperStar lotto is reserved for all players who bag either 6 balls, or 6 balls plus the SuperStar ball. Doing so could see them win as much as €60 million.
Lotto Atlas recommends playing the SuperStar on The Lotter
As we’ve said, the SuperStar isn’t a lottery on its own; it is side-feature of the SuperEnalotto. Just because you don’t live in Italy, doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on this game, though. Lotto Atlas recommends that you purchase tickets for this lotto from The Lotter.
This website is perfectly authorised to offer you tickets to the SuperStar lottery game, and will not only keep you informed of the draws, but also make it incredibly easy for you to cash out your winnings to your bank account, too.
And finally…
If you are going to play the SuperEnalotto, then you might as well add the SuperStar side-game to your ticket. It won’t cost you that much extra, and you have a greatly improved chance of success. The original Italian lottery is hard to win, but the ability to multiply your prizes by as much as 100x their normal value shouldn’t be missed.
This lottery game is cheap enough to play, and it has paid out astronomical sums of cash (over €175m in one fell swoop) in the past. Who knows, if you play this Italian lottery game, the next time could very well be your turn to win.
